行政管理专业

行政管理专业于2002年设立并招收本科生，2007年设置行政管理专业硕士点，2012年作为重要支撑成功获批服务国家特殊需求博士项目。本专业具有鲜明“行政管理本色+财经管理特色”，是国内先进、省内领先的面向区域经济社会发展需要的高素质应用型与复合型行政管理人才培养和政策咨询的重要基地。2019年，行政管理专业被评为第一批国家一流专业建设点，专业发展再上新台阶。

行政管理专业主要学习行政学、政治学、管理学、经济学、法学等方面的基本理论和基本知识，接受行政学理论研究、公共政策分析、社会调查与统计、外语、公文写作和办公自动化等方面的基本训练，主要为各级政府经济管理职能部门、社会团体、企事业单位培养系统掌握行政管理理论知识，熟练掌握现代办公技能和财经管理工具，具有一定的政策分析水平和较强行政管理实务能力的应用型、复合型行政管理专门人才。学生毕业后适合到各级党政机关、社会组织、企事业单位从事行政管理、政策研究、管理规划、外事交流、宣传策划、机关管理、人事管理、高级文秘等工作。

行政管理专业现有14位专职教师，其中教授5人，副教授6人，4人入选浙江省“新世纪151”人才工程。共主持国家级重点及一般课题10余项，在《政治学研究》、《管理世界》、《中国行政管理》等重要学术刊物上发表学术论文100多篇，20多篇文章被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》、《人大报刊复印资料》、《高等学校文科学术文摘》等重要学术期刊转载，出版著作近10部。共主持10余项教育部和浙江省教育教学、课程改革研究课题，大大提升了教师教学研究的水平和教学改革的质量。

Major of Public Administration

The Major of Public Administration was set up and started the undergraduate program in 2002, M.A. program in 2007, and the Ph.D. program serving the national special needs in 2012. The major possesses distinctively “the nature of administration management+ the feature of financial management,” and it is a domestically advanced, provincially leading center oriented to the training of high-quality application-oriented administrators, and policy analysists to meet the needs of regional economic and social development. It is also the only newly emerged provincially supported program in Zhejiang province. In 2019, the Major of Public Administration was rated as the first batch of national first-class professional construction points and it will usher in a new era of comprehensive development.

The Major of Public Administration mainly focuses on the fundamental theory and basic knowledge of administration, politics, management, economics, law, etc. The students will accept the basic training of theoretical research of administration, public policy analysis, social investigation and statistics, foreign language, writing of official documents and e-government. The graduates will specialize in practical, compound systematic knowledge of administrative theory, be proficient in modern office skills and financial management tools, and possess a certain level of policy analysis and strong administrative skills needed at all levels of government, social groups, enterprises and institutions. Our graduates can work as an administrator, a policy analysist, a management planner, a diplomat, a propaganda planer, a HR, and a senior secretary etc. in party sector and government at all levels, social groups, enterprises and institutions.

The Major of Public Administration currently has 14 full-time faculty members, including 5 professors and 6 associate professors. Among them, 4 are chosen for “New Century 151” talent project of Zhejiang province. More than 10 national key and general research programs are supported, more than 100 research papers are published in Cass Journal of Political Science, Management World, and Chinese Public Administration, more than 20 papers are reprinted in Xinhua Wenzhai, Chinese Social Science Digest, Duplicated Materials By People’s University, China University Academic Abstracts and other important academic periodicals, nearly 10 writings are published. About ten educational research and curriculum reform programs are supported by Ministry of Education, and Zhejiang province.
